Shipping, Returns and Refunds

All Natural CBDs products ship from all over the US. Occasionally items in the same order will ship from two or more locations. If you received only part of your order, we will send you tracking information for the remainder of the items in your order when they ship.

Any order over $1,000 will require a signature at delivery.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt.
If you did not receive your selected shipping method, we will be happy to refund you the difference between the requested and the shipped method.
Estimated delivery time is in BUSINESS DAYS and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders take at least one business day to process before shipping. Some products are handcrafted and may take longer to process (such as Alternative Vape).
We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.

All of our international orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail Express International to ensure proper tracking.
Although we only ship to countries where CBD is legal, it is not uncommon for these type of packages to be held at customs for reasons we are not privy to. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES HELD, CONFISCATED, OPENED OR PARTIALLY/WHOLLY CONSUMED AT CUSTOMS and CANNOT REFUND in such events. This is also stated in the terms and conditions you agree to when you make a purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and then return the product to us for a full refund. Items that were purchased 31 days after are not eligible for product guarantee refund.
